New York Jets

On Wednesday the New York Jets arrived at camp on Wednesday while cornerback Darrelle Revis proclaimed Super Bowl thoughts.

Everything surrounding the New York Jets in 2015 just feels different.

Different in the sense that the talent is high; the players are confident; and the new leadership duo of Mike Maccagnan and Todd Bowles actually have an idea and a plan in place for the long-haul.

This is something new and refreshing for the Jets fan.

Another huge factor for the Jets 2015 hopes is pinned on one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL, Darrelle Revis. Revis, who won a Super Bowl with the New England Patriots last season, wasn’t shy about talking about big things with the media this morning as he arrived to camp.

When directly asked about the Jets chances of a Super Bowl this season, Revis had this to say, via Daniel Popper, New York Daily News:

“You’ll see it New York Jet green when we get it,” Revis said with a chuckle.

As far as the biggest story at Jets camp is concerned – Muhammad Wilkerson’s contract situation – the news remains status-quo.

Wilkerson will reportedly play out the season, and thus the last year of his rookie contract if both sides cannot come together on a long-term deal.

Training Camp for the Jets officially opens up on Thursday.
