Luvu, 22, is one of several Jets edge rushers. The 2018 season served as a respectable rookie campaign by way of three sacks, a pass deflection, 11 quarterback hits, and 22 total tackles in 14 games. Luvu contributed on 442 defensive snaps and 181 special teams’ plays.
Henderson, 26, is a brick-house (over 200 pounds) of a running back standing at just 5-foot-7. Drafted in the sixth round of the 2017 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos, Henderson caught on with the Jets practice squad. In three games dressed a year ago, Henderson finished with 19 yards on two carries.
The deadline to negotiate with exclusive-rights free agents is April 8.
