New York Jets WR Quincy Enunwa, Robby Anderson Earn Extra Income

New York Jets wide receivers Quincy Enunwa and Robby Anderson got some extra money thanks to their performance last season.

The NFL released its performance-based pay distribution on Wednesday. Wide receiver Quincy Enunwa was the leader for performance-based pay on the New York Jets. Enunwa will get an extra $327,537, according to Rich Cimini of ESPN.

Rookie receiver Robby Anderson and Charone Peake will get a $148,835 bonus. The PBP allows low salary players to make extra money based on playing time and performance. The extra money doesn’t count against the salary cap.

Between the PBP and the veterans pool, Enunwa leads the Jets with $327,637. He is followed by Ben Ijalana ($276,774), Rontez Miles ($270,256), Wesley Johnson ($243,579) Anderson ($242,333), and Marcus Williams ($186,073).

It will be interesting to see how many Jets players earn extra money in the 2017-18 season.
