On Saturday, Gardner was at it again.
Angry after he couldn’t follow through on an extra-base knock, Gardner entered the dugout incredibly mad. Unfortunately, a thrown helmet deflected back into his face.

The Yanks veteran required six stitches in Cleveland to patch up the gash near his lip.
“It was just frustration building up, we gave up the lead,” Gardner said. “You hit a ball like that that’s an out, it’s just frustrating,” via Associated Press.
