New York Jets strong safety throws a big bucket of chilly water on the entire fan base after somebody (possibly) leaked the new uniforms.
You knew it would happen. It did.
Just a day prior to the official unveiling of the New York Jets new uniforms, the new uniforms have been leaked. At least many in Jets fandom believe the leak is real.
It has the entire fan base losing its mind.
Jamal Adams, witnessing such craziness, does what presidents do so best. He threw cold water on it immediately.

Albert Breer may believe it due to the actual players wearing the jerseys. Adams, on the other hand, says “no” while still calling out the solid edit.
Of course, the Jets’ big-time event will take place on Thursday night in Manhattan with JB Smoove hosting. Perhaps Adams is playing the good soldier role in his best attempt to keep the drama alive.
I don’t buy that nation.
Considering everything we know, one particular aspect of the uniform doesn’t match: the uniform numbers. Every single report about the new look has the numbers overly large like Oregon Football or the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In this edit, the numbers appear to be a little smaller (but, admittedly, it’s tough to really gauge).
Can the leak be the genuine thing? Absolutely. The overall modernized design makes complete sense. It fits perfectly.
Do your thing, Jamal. Whether authentic or not, New York Jets fans need you more than ever during these crazy times.
