The weekend was anything but a vacation for New York Jets receiver, Terrelle Pryor. He prepped for training camp with some one-handed grabs.

In the last weekend before the New York Jets begin training camp, incoming receiver Terrelle Pryor was doing anything but taking a day off.

Pryor took to Twitter to give his new fans a sign of what’s potentially to come in the imminent weeks, donning his new Jets helmet to make some one-handed catches in his backyard. Adding to the flair was the fact that the right-handed Pryor was making some of these grabs with his left hand.

Pryor also confirmed he’ll be wearing a new visor for the 2018 season, which will be his first with the Jets. He wore the helmet during this exhibition so he can start getting used to the views.

Pryor will have brand new views coming into the new season, having signed a one-year deal worth $4.5 million back in March. Though 2017 with Washington was a lost season for Pryor, who dealt with injuries for a majority of the season, the former quarterback picked up a career-high 1,007 receiving yards with Cleveland the year before.

He’s expected to share reps of the right side with Jermaine Kearse, who enters his second New York season. Pryor and Kearse join an underrated group including Robby Anderson, Quincy Enunwa, and Chad Hansen.

The Jets will open their training camp at Atlantic Health Jets Training Center on Thursday, July 26, in Florham Park, NJ. Pryor is hoping he can have a bounce-back season and help the Jets take the league by surprise.
