Conor McGregor and his larger than life personality have been getting under quite a few fighters’ skins as of late, especially prior to UFC 205.

It should be little to no surprise to many that Conor McGregor was in the midst of multiple backstage altercations at the UFC 205 weigh-in.

Throughout the span of the night, three different fighters exchanged their selected words with the notorious one including his opponent Eddie Alvarez as well as Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tyron Woodley.

The altercation that everyone clearly saw coming was between McGregor and his opponent for Saturday, lightweight champion, Eddie Alvarez. During their staredown on stage, Alvarez, and the Irish-born fighter, exchanged their fair share of expletives that will surely bring some tension into their main event bout at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night.

The next altercation that McGregor would be involved in would be with Tyron Woodley, who is currently the UFC Welterweight champion. The tension between the two has been building up for a few days now which included a heated Twitter exchange where the two made threats to each other.

Finally, the final fight of the evening for McGregor was against Khabib Nurmagomedov who seemed to be quite upset being that he felt he should have been the one facing McGregor on Saturday rather than Alvarez.

Sure, it’s expected that many altercations are going to occur when Conor McGregor is around but it is surprising that fighters haven’t learned by now that the notorious one isn’t who you want to mess with.
