New York Jets

It seems as though New York Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall believes he “owns” New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.

You don’t have to worry about New York Jets star wide receiver Brandon Marshall. He “owns” people.

Or at least this is what he says on Twitter.

In response to a fan’s tweet, Marshall made the proclamation that he “owns” New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick:

Marshall responded with this beauty:

For the record, Marshall has averaged 78.7 yards and scored five touchdowns in 10 games against Belichick’s Patriots. Marshall’s teams are 3-7 in those games.

Only time will tell if 2016 brings the same “owning” past we’ve seen in the Marshall-Belichick rivalry.

It should be interesting. The Jets and Pats split their two games in 2015 with rookie head coach Todd Bowles in the mix.
