The roasting and trolling of Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton continues as Super Bowl 50 MVP Von Miller zings him on SNL’s “Weekend Update.”
It simply won’t end for Cam Newton. Though Super Bowl 50 is now ancient history (a full week gone), the parting gifts keep on coming.
Whether it’s getting on the guy for leaving the postgame press conference in a salty way, or getting called NSFW words by others in the league, Newton has already taken his fair share of abuse.
The latest came last night.
During Saturday Night Live’s Weekend Update, Denver Broncos edge rusher and Super Bowl 50 MVP, Von Miller, made a guest appearance and roasted Newton in a little “dissertation” on science (video above).
Some might say if you don’t want to take abuse following a bad moment, don’t bring so much attention to yourself when you’re winning.
Wearing the Super Man shirt and gold cleats is fine, but don’t expect a clean getaway during bad times.
