Let’s face facts. People get straight nutty when the words snow, blizzard, or storm are uttered in the dead of winter. Most people buy enough milk, bread and eggs to keep Wal-Mart happy for months.
In the northeast on Saturday, the first real blizzard of 2016 actually did come to fruition – meaning people became even nuttier.
So nutty, in fact, police officers are doing wacky things.
