In an unexpected loss the New England Patriots franchise quarterback did something you wouldn’t expect to see.

With three minuets left in the third quarter, needing to get something going offensively, the Patriots attempted a trick play to bring some life to their offense, and man did it work.

The video below captures the strange, but awesome moment.

The 36-yard pass gave Gillette stadium the new life it was looking for.

As obscure as it was, it was not enough to lead the Patriots to victory, as they were defeated by the Eagles 35-28 resulting in their second straight defeat.
