Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan might have just let the cat out of the bag with this photo that captures an interesting picture.

Was there a controversy or story that Rex Ryan wasn’t a part of while he walked around the Metropolitan area as head coach of the New York Jets?
We had the man giving the middle finger to fans, showing skin at hockey games, getting caught with Mark Sanchez tattoos, and even getting caught up in foot fetish audio tapes.
Of course that last one, the foot fetish incident, was never proven. The story surrounded Rex’s wife allegedly making foot fetish videos for her husband, courtesy of DeadSpin.
What most thought of as a dead story has now come back with fury. NJ.com’s Charles Curtis recently raised a question about a photo on Ryan’s Buffalo Bills desk in his office.
Do you see the feet in the picture that stands on his desk? Are these feet those of his wife’s?
