Completing the three game sweep of the Baltimore Orioles, the New York Yankees destroy Buck’s club 9-3 on Thursday afternoon in the Bronx.
Today marked the first time in five seasons that the New York Yankees swept a three game set against the Baltimore Orioles. Game 3 in the Bronx was just a victory, it was a beat-down, 9-3.
It was Tanaka-Time all afternoon, as the Japanese-import picked up his seventh victory during the 2015 MLB season.

Yanks center-fielder Jacoby Ellsbury enjoyed himself a day. He finished 3-4 at the plate with two runs scored and four runs batted in, one of them coming in the third inning with a solo blast off Ubaldo Jiminez. He fell a triple shy of the cycle.
