Chance encounter with Lebron James and Jason Day, at the expense of Day’s wife, was not a good one last night.

PGA player Jason Day, the number two ranked played on Tour, and his wife got up close and personal with the King, in a unfavorable encounter.

Last night, Lebron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers were playing host to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

With the Cavaliers up in the fourth quarter by seven points, some fans may have been heading to the exits to beat the traffic.

After what occurred, that may have been an idea the Days should have acted upon.

King James showed why he is one of the hardest competing basketball players and proven champion in the game today. Battling for a loose ball, he threw himself into the crowd with little regard for himself.

For Jason and Ellie Day, they might have been wishing that they had changed seats.

Unfortunately, Mrs. Day, who gave birth to their second child last month, was on the receiving end of James’ competitiveness.

At least, they have something to talk, and perhaps laugh about, next time the two meet.

Sitting court-side, fans always run the risk of being part of the action in the heat of the moment. This was no different. But perhaps, this took on more attention because of who was involved.

Two sports worlds colliding, literally.

Which goes to show that no one is immune, not even professional athletes!
