RJ Barrett to Score 10+ Points, Collin Sexton Over 21.5 Points, Julius Randle Over 4.5 Assists
Let’s take a look at our favorite FanDuel Sportsbook Same Game Parlay of the night. A $10 bet on this one would net bettors a profit of $23.33.
RJ Barrett scoring over 10 points is an absolute lock. He’s averaging 17.4 points per game and has hit double figures in 16 of his 19 games this year. Barring an injury, this is the easiest leg of the parlay.
As for Collin Sexton, the man is taking his game to the next level. He’s averaging 25.2 points and has gone for 22 points or more in nine of his 13 games so far this year. He missed one of the games against the Knicks and only went for 20 when he did play, but don’t let that scare you off. He has the potential to go for 30+ points on any given night.
And for Julius Randle, going over 4.5 assists is becoming routine for the point forward. He’s hit at least five assists in 14 of his 19 games this year and he did it both times out against the Cavaliers. Even when his shot isn’t falling, Randle doesn’t let it affect him as a passer. No disrespect to Elfrid Payton here, but he’s in the midst of a little slump here. He has gone under this number in three consecutive games and he has also seen a minutes decrease in four consecutive games. As Immanuel Quickley emerges into a reliable option and RJ Barrett continues to assert himself as a primary ballhandler, Payton’s workload will go down.
Granted, Payton is capable of topping this number if he plays well and hits his mid-range shots, but that’s not something he’s doing right now. The veteran point guard is 8-for-27 from the floor in his last three games.
This will be the third meeting between the Knicks and Cavs this season. Payton has gone over this number in one of those games.
