The NBA 2K20 ratings have been revealed ahead of the game’s Sept. 6 release, with the New York Knicks having an average player rating of 76.
It’s that time of year again. The new NBA 2K video game is right around the corner, as it releases on Friday, Sept. 6. Los Angeles Lakers center Anthony Davis graces the cover of this year’s game, with retired Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade featured on the cover of the Legend Edition.
The next step towards the full game releasing has officially been taken as well, as the player ratings were revealed this week. New York Knicks fans, your team is, well, pretty average, as expected.
The average player rating for all 16 Knicks players is a 76 overall.

If you’re a Knicks fan, you shouldn’t be freaking out about Barrett’s 78 rating. The man is only a rookie. His rating will improve as he improves in real life. Same with Brazdeikis’ rating, as he’ll surely pass Ntilikina at some point.
The Knicks open up their preseason schedule against the Washington Wizards on Monday, Oct. 7 at 7 p.m. ET. New York’s preseason slate includes games against the Wizards (twice), the Atlanta Hawks, and the New Orleans Pelicans.
The regular season will begin with the Knicks taking on the Spurs in San Antonio on Wednesday, Oct. 23 at 8:30 p.m. ET.
