Mega NBA Draft prospect Zion Williamson says “it would be dope” to play with Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving while with the New York Knicks.
Zion Williamson just successfully took the city’s breath away.

“‘It would be dope to play with KD and Kyrie but whatever team drafts me I’m going to be ready to play hard and work,’ Zion told me.”
Now that your mouth is wide open with jaw firmly dragging across the kitchen floor, understand one thing.
All of these players use this modern rhetoric.
At the same time, this dream scenario is now suddenly possible. The Kristaps Porzingis trade freed up enough cap space to bring in two max players this summer. Instead of snagging only KD or Kyrie (or any of the three-to-four other free-agent studs), the Knickerbockers can turn to Durant and say, “You decide who you’re bringing with you.”
Williamson, 18, meanwhile, is the surefire No. 1 pick of the 2019 NBA Draft. With a current mark of 10-41, New York is officially the worst team in the Association (.196 winning percentage barely beating the mighty Phoenix Suns’ .208 clip).
Zion is currently averaging a cool 22 points, 9.2 rebounds, 2.0 steals, 2.0 blocks, and 2.4 assists per game in just 28.4 minutes a night. He’s also shooting a mind-boggling .681 from the floor.
The main ace in the hole, separating past free-agent failures from the Summer of 2019 is Knicks assistant Royal Ivey, the man whom Durant trusts most. Perhaps he is the ticket to a brand new beginning.
At the very least, Zion Williamson sure hopes so.
