Kevin Knox loves to run in transition and the New York Knicks rookie showed why in Philly when he caught an alley oop from Tim Hardaway Jr.

Kevin Knox looks like the real deal when he’s throwing down acrobatic dunks in transition. The rookie filled the lane and benefited from a beautiful lob pass from Tim Hardaway Jr. at the end of the first half. Although the New York Knicks are down at the half, Knox and Hardaway are keeping it close.

Philadelphia big man, Mike Muscala looks like he’s going to try and contest Knox for a moment, but he makes the business decision to let the rookie finish the bucket.

The Knicks need Knox to continue to stay aggressive. Getting out in transition attacking the rim is a great way to make sure he’s getting good shots.

The Knicks are really excited about Knox’s potential and plays like this are exactly why.
