Well, Carlos Correa had one more thing to accomplish on this night he’ll remember for the rest of his life.

While being interviewed by Ken Rosenthal, Correa proposed to his girlfriend on national television.

Pulling a beautiful rock out of his back pocket, the champion went down on one knee and asked Daniella Rodriguez if she would marry him. She broke down crying, then pushed through the barrier separating the two and hugged him. He took the ring and placed it on her hand and the two then looked into the crowd with yet another reason to celebrate the night.
