Tennis star Serena Wiliams introduces her baby daughter Alexis to the world on her personal Instagram account.

Tennis star Serena Williams introduced her new daughter to the world on Instagram on Wednesday.

Williams revealed her daughter’s name is Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. Alexis is named after her father, Reddit co-founder and Serena’s fiancé Alexis Ohanian.  She was born on September 1 and weighed six pounds and 14 ounces, according to ESPN.  Williams hinted that she would be revealing her baby by posting a pic of her and her fiancée on Instagram with the caption “but are you ready.”

… but are you ready?

The tennis star posted a video that debuted her daughter.

“So we’re leaving the hospital after six, seven days,” she says in the video, per Alexia Fernandez of People. “It’s been a long time, but we had a lot of complications, but look who we got — we got a baby girl!”

The video ends with the baby’s stats, which includes one Grand Slam Title. Williams won the singles title at the Australian Open, her 23rd major singles title, while pregnant — so I guess you have to give the baby credit.

Wednesday, Williams posted a picture of her cuddling her daughter with the caption, “Meet Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. You have to check out link in bio for her amazing journey. Also check out my IG stories.”

Congrats to the couple on their beautiful daughter. Now, how many Grand Slam Titles will Alexis win? We’ll just have to wait and see.
