According to Michael Scotto of Basketball Insiders, the Phoenix Suns have ‘expressed interest’ in New York Knicks‘ Mindaugas Kuzminskas.

The NBA trade deadline is less than 24 hours away, and the New York Knicks rumors keep flowing in. This time it’s about Mindaugas Kuzminskas. The 27-year-old is the latest victim of the deadline madness.

According to Michael Scotto of Basketball Insiders, the Phoenix Suns have expressed interest in the swingman known affectionately to fans as Kuz.

The rookie has struggled to stay on the floor due to defensive problems and inconsistencies with his three-point shot. Kuzminskas is just 31.7 percent from downtown on 120 attempts.

After being passed up in the rotation for the recently healthy Lance Thomas making him expendable. Despite the fact that fans are clamoring for their guy to get more burn the fans don’t run the team.
