New York Knicks‘ Brandon Jennings is out for Wednesday’s game, but he’s making news off the court with the shift in his Twitter account.

New York Knicks point guard Brandon Jennings got an early start to the All-star break when he was held out of Wednesday’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder with Achilles soreness. The eccentric point guard still felt like making some news.

Jennings altered his Twitter account, making his tweets private and removing his entire bio including all mentions of the Knicks. He deleted all of his Instagram posts. The 27-year-old was a frequent user of social media.

Jennings may just want to take a break from both platforms during the All-Star Break, but something else could also be going on. He’s expressed displeasure with head coach Jeff Hornacek’s changing rotations and his expiring contract makes him trade bait.

Jennings signed with the Knicks hoping to be a candidate for the Sixth Man of the Year Award, but his season hasn’t gone as he’d expected.
