LeBron James On Stephen Curry: 'Don't Get Fooled By That Smile'
Bob Donnan-USATSI

During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, LeBron James was asked about Stephen Curry. He spoke of Curry’s seemingly innocent nature.

LeBron James went head-to-head with Stephen Curry in the NBA Finals two years in a row and in that time he saw him at his most intense. No one knows about Curry’s competitive nature more than James. That’s why the innocent persona that Curry displays to the world doesn’t fool James.

While appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, James was asked about his rival.

“He’s definitely a great guy,” James said. “He’s a fierce competitor, I’ll tell you that, so don’t get fooled by that smile when he comes up here.”

James and Curry have won four of the last five MVP awards, and both are favorites to return to the finals in the upcoming season with Curry’s Warriors boasting a video game type of roster.

Until then, we have only TV appearances and interviews to whet our appetites for what’s coming.
