Thanks to Phil Jackson and the New York Knicks acquiring Derrick Rose to be their new point guard, it’s time for fans to become reacquainted.

You already know what the boss did today.

The boss of the New York Knicks, Phil Jackson, decided to add a low-risk, high-reward player into the formula when he acquired Derrick Rose from the Chicago Bulls for Robin Lopez, Jerian Grant and Jose Calderon.

Rose, 27, is a former NBA MVP. This is nothing to sneeze at, despite the idea he’s made of some form of porcelain.

His talent is so immense that the Knicks high-end potential for the 2016-17 season now looks incredible.

As a fan, however, you shouldn’t just be excited. You should be overly excited while glancing at D-Rose highlights for the rest of the night.
