In Game 6 of the NBA Finals LeBron James sent this emphatic message to Stephen Curry right before the win was realized.
- Cleveland Cavaliers 115 (3-3)
- Golden State Warriors 101 (3-3)
- NBA Finals, Game 6, Final, Box Score
- Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland, OH
If there was one highlight from Thursday night that not only summed up Game 6 of the 2016 NBA Finals, but the true careers of two great basketball players, it was the one above.
With the Golden State Warriors desperately needing a bucket, two-time reigning MVP Stephen Curry drove to the hoop.
There was just one little problem. A much more dominating and imposing basketball player was on his back.
LeBron James emphatically sent back Steph’s shot like a grown man messing with a little kid.
It was the final nail in the coffin in the Cavs 115-101 game that’ll now force a Game 7 at Oracle Arena on Sunday. James finished with a mere 41 points, 11 assists, and 8 rebounds.
