David Bakhtiari and Corey Linsley of the Green Bay Packers sat down with Elite Sports NY to discuss the NFL Combine among other topics.

Why is it always the grace and agility of the skill player that puts the American Football fan in such awe?
I mean, seriously, how often can we regurgitate the names of Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Dez Bryant, Adrian Peterson, and say, oh I don’t know, Aaron Rodgers?
Is it possible to get sick of it, ever?
Consider this: Almost half of the offense is comprised of the offensive line. These five larger-than-life individuals serve as not only the protection for these skill-players America falls in love with, but as the lifeblood of the franchise.
Without them, there is no Fantasy Football. Without them, Rodgers wouldn’t have done what he did last year, twice:
Two individuals making up the lifeblood of the Green Bay Packers organization are David Bakhtiari and Corey Linsley. Bakhtiari serves as the left tackle, for Rodgers’s blindside. Linsley is the man most comfortable with the hands of Aaron Rodgers (aside from girlfriend Olivia Munn, of course). He’s the center.
These two guys make up 40 percent of the Packers’ lifeblood. Perhaps this is why they – along with teamate Don Barclay – were chosen as the face of the Gillette Fusion ProShield at Walmart.
This was just one of the many topics The Protectors discussed with me earlier this morning (Video Interview Above). Other topics included Aaron Rodgers (of course), the NFL Combine, and how much better looking they are than defensive teammate Clay Matthews.
