New York Knicks big man Robin Lopez was ejected from the game after this smack to the face on Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul.

Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul is doing whatever he wants at Madison Square Garden tonight.

He’s loosey-goosey, and dancing and prancing (as Walt “Clyde” Frazier is currently saying) to the tune of 16 points and 13 assists as the two teams near the end of the third quarter. The Clippers are spanking the New York Knicks.

Perhaps this is why Robin Lopez did what he did.

After a Jose Calderon miss, Paul and Lopez got mixed up under the hoop (video above). Kristaps Porzingis was involved, as was Carmelo Anthony and DeAndre Jordan during the fallout.

Lopez was assessed a double-technical for his actions and ejected from the contest. Paul and Jordan received technicals.
