In one of the more improbable outcomes in quite some time, UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey is knocked out by Holly Holm.

Not many thought Holly Holm had a shot. It would be deemed wishful thinking if you did think she could take out the indestructible UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey.
After all, Rousey was only coming into tonight’s match at UFC 193 with a perfect 12-0 record (9 submissions, 3 knockouts). She’s been so dominant that many felt nobody could even come close to touching her.
Holm thought otherwise, and proved it to the world as tonight she knocked Rousey out in the second round with a devastating head-kick to become the new champion.
The first round started with Holm landing a solid right to Rousey’s head about 30 seconds in. Most had the first round scored in favor of Holm 10-9.
Then, Holm did this in the second round:

Ladies and gentlemen, Holly Holm is your new champ and Ronda Rousey is still a human being.
Ronda Rousey won her last 3 fights in 64 seconds and held the @ufc women's bantamweight title since 2012.
