It doesn’t get worse than this. Fox Sports accidentally shows a Kansas City Royals-New York Mets World Series graphic before ALCS is over.

Well this was certainly embarrassing for Fox Sports.
Towards the end of Game 6 of the ALCS, the fine individuals at the network accidentally popped up a graphic showing that their prized possession of October – the World Series – will, indeed, begin on Tuesday.
The only problem with this graphic was that it showed the Kansas City Royals and the New York Mets as the matchup.
That’s a problem because Game 6 of the ALCS was still happening.

As luck would have it, shhortly after the graphic showed, Toronto Blue Jays slugger Jose Bautista hit a monster two-run home run in the top of the eighth-inning to tie the game at three.
Both teams sit in a rain delay midway through the eighth. The Mets still sit on their couches waiting for an opponent.
