On Sunday, prior to his game against the Chicago Bears, New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. displayed some fashionable cleats.

As the entire world should know by now, New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has made somewhat of a name for himself for wearing some over-the-top cleats prior to gameday. He only added on to his cleat-wearing legacy on Sunday when he wore some colorful “Back To The Future” cleats.

As noted, OBJ has worn some pretty spectacular cleats over the past few seasons which included a Snoopy/Charlie Brown tribute, a “Kirby” inspired pair of cleats, and his best remembered pair would have to be his light-up Christmas ones which featured blinking lights and wrapped presents which sat on top of the laces.

As we head closer and closer to Christmas time, fans should highly be anticipating the cleats that Beckham has planned for this year’s holiday season.

It’s a shame that these “Back To The Future” cleats will not be allowed to be worn during the game today due to the NFL guidelines but at least Odell Beckham Jr. can still express his passion for creative cleats prior to the games.

Sure, the cleats are nice and all but the main thing the Giants should be focusing on right now is defeating the Bears to reach a 7-3 record and hopefully make the playoffs so Eli Manning can show the world his postseason magic once again. Hopefully, the pregame cleats can lead to some futuristic celebrations from OBJ in the end zone today.
