Week 12 is upon in fantasy football, who should you sell high and buy low on? The Wolf on Fantasy Football Street has your answer.

By Ryan Reynolds

Nov. 25 at noon ET marks the trade deadline in ESPN Standard format leagues. Any owners who wish to make a trade must submit and complete the trade before the stated time. Since that’s the case, Week 12 of the regular season is upon us and it begins with three games on Turkey Day, those being Eagles (4-6) at Lions (3-7), Bears (4-6) at Packers (7-3) and Panthers (10-0) at Cowboys (3-7).

If you’re in need of a roster move, whether it’s due to injury or lack of depth, pay close attention to this week’s edition of The Wolf on Fantasy Football Street.

Before we get into my Sell High and Buy Low options for Week 12, lets recap last week’s.

Sell Highs

Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers – 18 pts, 212 yrds, 2 TD’s

Chicago Bears RB Jeremy Langford – 13 pts, 42 comb. yrds, 1 TD

Buy Lows

Miami Dolphins WR Jarvis Landry – 6 pts, 66 yards

Carolina Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart – 17 pts, 114 comb. yrds, 1 TD

Toss Up: Sell High / Buy Low

Dallas Cowboys WR Dez Bryant –  10 pts, 45 yrds, 1 TD

Now here are the Wolf’s Sell High and Buy Low options for Deadline Week, Week 12.

Sell High

Dallas Cowboys Wide Receiver Terrance Williams (13 pts, 79 yrds, 1 TD in Week 11)

Although Terrance Williams is owned in only 33.4 percent of leagues, the third year veteran from Baylor makes for a great Sell High candidate.

With Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo healthy and leading the way, practically every weapon on the Cowboys’ offense will have raised fantasy ceilings for the rest of the season. Williams is coming off a productive Week 11 and the Cowboys fantasy playoff schedule is favorable towards wide receivers.

Owners looking to deal Williams should use last week’s outing and the Cowboys fantasy playoff schedule when trying to deal him.

New York Jets Running Back Chris Ivory (3 pts, 36 yrds in Week 11)

Chris Ivory has been one of the biggest fantasy surprises this season. Playing for a new team, nobody expected Ivory to be as productive as he’s been.

He has scored a total of seven touchdowns and is currently averaging 13 fantasy points per game, ranking him fifth among all running backs.

So if Ivory has been productive why is he a Sell High option for Week 12? Well, the Jets have simply lost their run game, it has completely disappeared  like a Chris Angel magic trick and I sadly don’t see it coming back in 2015. Statistically speaking, Ivory hasn’t rushed for over 53 yards in four of the last five games and he’s been averaging 4.5 yards per carry in each of his last two games. What further hurts Ivory’s fantasy potential is that fellow running back Billal Powell has returned to action, causing Ivory to see little work on third down.

I suggest Ivory owners should trade him now while there is still some hype left in the tank.

Buy Low

Minnesota Vikings Wide Receiver Stefon Diggs (6 pts, 66 yrds in Week 11)

This rookie from Maryland makes for a perfect deadline deal.

At the beginning of the season, he was one of the most raved about rookies, racking up 573 yards on 33 receptions and two touchdowns in just seven games, but coming off unproductive performances in each of the last two weeks, the hype over Diggs is pretty much in the dust. Over the past two games, Diggs has only reeled in eight receptions for 112 yards and zero touchdowns.

What makes Diggs fantasy value relatively high is that he is no doubt the Vikings go-to receiver. He has shown that he has the big play factor, the speed, and catching ability. It’s just the matter of getting him the pigskin.

If you’re an owner in need of a receiver, I highly recommended targeting Diggs and striking up a deal. Take advantage of his back-to-back unproductive outings and snag him for a low cost.

Oakland Raiders Running back Latavius Murray (8 pts, 28 yrds, 1 TD in Week 11)

Murray is a running back that’s having an under the radar productive season. He’s averaging 10 fantasy points per contest and he’s involved in a dynamic Raiders offense led by quarterback Derek Carr.

What makes Murray a Buy Low option for Week 12? The last three games haven’t been particularly great for Murray. Over the past three weeks, he has posted a total of 21 fantasy points and didn’t eclipse 100 yards rushing once. The factor that makes Murray a Buy Low is that he’s being consistent.

This season, Murray has tallied 60 total yards in eight of 10 games this season and has rushed for over 100 yards twice, with his best game coming in Week 3 against the Cleveland Browns. In Week 3, Murray rushed for 139 yards on 26 attempts and reached the endzone once. Over the course of the season, Murray has proved to be the feature back averaging between 11 and 20 carries per game, which represents for 69 percent of the Raiders’ carries this season. An added bonus for owners playing in touchdown base leagues is that Murray is listed at 6’3″ 230 pounds, making him a bruiser on the goaline.

Like Stefon Diggs, use Murray’s three game slump to your advantage and acquire him for a low cost if you’re in need of a running back.

Toss up: Sell High / Buy Low

Green Bay Packers Running back Eddie Lacy (10 pts, 106 comb yrds in Week 11)

FINALLY, we got some type of production from Eddie Lacy.

Here’s the catch though, what should owners do with him?

In Sunday’s victory over the Minnesota Vikings, Lacy posted a season-high in both carries (22) and yards (100) against a defense that has been playing rock solid. Lacy’s production on the ground opened plenty of passing lanes for quarterback Aaron Rodgers, making Green Bay’s offense a dual threat once more.

Why is Lacy a toss up option for Week 12? Well, owners can’t really predict anything at the moment. Two weeks ago he was benched in favor of fellow running back James Starks, and now he posted his most productive game of the season.

The decision on what to do with Lacy is completely up to the owners. You can either use his Week 11 performance to your advantage and see if you can get a couple of pieces for him, or, owners can ride it out and see if he keeps his play up.

Lacy is trending in the right direction as the Packers matchup against their rival the Chicago Bears on Thursday. If you’re interested in either trading or acquiring Lacy you’ll have to do it fast.
