In his first ever home game at The Rock, young Taylor Hall finds the back of the net on the power play for his New Jersey Devils.

If there’s one aspect of the New Jersey Devils season that fans are hanging their hat on more than anything else, it’s the chance to watch Taylor Hall play all season long.

The former Edmonton Oilers star who came over this past offseason, is one of the more potent offensive stars in the NHL today. His unique blend of speed and hands can only be rivaled by few stars.

On Saturday night, Hall showcased that talent.

Hosting the New York Rangers in the preseason, Hall tallied his first preseason goal at home, at The Rock (video above). It came on the power play and provided the Devils a 3-2 lead.

Since the tally, young Pavel Zacha and John Moore have scored to extend New Jersey’s lead to a commanding 5-2 count.
