Even though New York Yankees‘ legend Yogi Berra once said “it ain’t over till it’s over,” it’s now finally starting to look like it’s over for the New Jersey Devils.

Trying to avoid losing to the Columbus Blue Jackets for the sixth time in eight home games, their 6-3 loss to the Jackets last night in Ohio was the latest death blow to their thinning playoff hopes.

Today, both teams will complete the home-and-home series at the Prudential Center.

Due to Sergei Bobrovsky playing yesterday, the Blue Jackets will likely send out Joonas Korpisalo in their attempt to send the Devils to their sixth loss in eight home games.

The puck drops at 5 PM ET from Jersey.
