The Injury Report

The Islanders will be with the services of Andrew Ladd tonight who has not played since the team’s 7-4 loss in Carolina.

Ladd will slot in for Anthony Beauvillier in the lineup. The young forward took a hard shot to his foot against the Flyers and is still ailing from it.

Anders Lee is a game-time decision, who appears to be ill.

Thomas Greiss, the NHL’s second star of the week, will get another start in net tonight for New York.

Columbus shot up in the Metropolitan division thanks to tying an NHL record 16 consecutive wins. Since the streak ended, the Jackets have gone 5-5-0, however they are coming off a 7-6 OT win over the Ottawa Senators.

Sergei Bobrovsky is likely to be in net for the Blue Jackets.

Officer Bobrovsky is reaching for career highs, carrying a .932 save percentage to go along with a 1.97 GAA.

The Islanders will need to suppress the likes of Cam Atkinson who has five points in his last five games, as well as the resurgent Sam Gagner who has three in the last five.
