Just when you thought the New York Rangers were losing their pulse, Keith Yandle and Derick Brassard performed some much needed CPR.

Shots haven’t been a problem for the Rangers this afternoon, but penetrating the slot has been.
But that all changed after a scrum in the crease turned into a Yandle goal.
The NHL vet showed some serious patience, as had to corral the puck and find the net under some pressure.
Less than a minute later, Derick Brassard found some open ice and picked a top shelf corner to put the Blueshirts up 2-1.
The play was reviewed for a possible missed offside call, but to no avail.
Mats Zuccarello added some insurance to the Rangers lead when the Penguins forgot to cover the weak post.
