The New York Rangers are up 4-1 on the Carolina Hurricanes and J.T. Miller is THE reason why.

The New York Rangers are playing some solid hockey against the Carolina Hurricanes and J.T. Miller is taking his game to a whole new level.

The Canes were pressuring the Rangers in the second period after netting a goal to make it 2-1, but Miller time ensued…twice.

His first goal was just a great shot through some traffic. Miller stayed with the play and was rewarded:

But Mr. Miller wasn’t done there, because a little over two minutes later he took full advantage of a Carolina turnover and made this beautiful move:

The Rangers are playing quick while exploiting Carolina’s lack of physical play. At the end of two periods the Rangers are out shooting the Canes 31-18.
