New York Yankees stud catcher Gary Sanchez just showcased what it takes to burst on the scene the way he did in 2016.

The dude just showed the world what it takes to dominate the way he did in 2016.

While New York Yankees stud catcher Gary Sanchez may possess extraordinary abilities — and we all know he does — he’s no slouch when it comes to preparation.

We recently found this out through his Twitter account when he posted a video of a brisk 6 a.m. workout on the beach somewhere:

Working the cones, Sanchez seems to have his head screwed on as straight as humanly possible. Obviously, we don’t know that to truly be the case, but this is the best sign possible if you’re one who roots on the pinstripes.

40 home runs and 120 runs batted in during the 2017 season, perhaps?
