New York Knicks superstar Carmelo Anthony and broadcaster Walt “Clyde” Frazier get mobbed by youngster prior to Orlando Magic game.

How can you not love sports?

It’s not just a word that lends an idea towards games or competition. It’s a word that provides stability towards friendship and community.

And there’s just no better time to think about the meaning of sports than during December, the holidays.

Prior to the New York Knicks game against the Orlando Magic, a contest that’ll have Jeff Hornacek‘s squad seeking their 11th homecourt victory, many youngsters sought out their heroes. The young Madison Square Garden guests first caught up with Walt “Clyde” Frazier, dying for a chance at a selfie, and then when the Knickerbockers hit the floor, it was Carmelo Anthony’s time.

Check out the video above. These kids were falling all over themselves to get at their favorite basketball player.

This is what sports are all about.
