Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me three times, shame on you.

For Jeff Hornacek‘s New York Knicks, there is no more fooling around. This veteran-laced squad is dreadful defensively. The trend continued on Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden.

James Harden terrorized the Knickerbockers all night long. He poured in 30 points on 9-of-16 from the floor while adding six rebounds, two steals, and an incredible 15 assists. He virtually did whatever he pleased weaving through New York’s defense.

Carmelo Anthony led the Knicks with 21 points on 8-of-15 from the floor. Derrick Rose and Courtney Lee chipped in with 16 apiece.

Houston outscored 33-25 in the first quarter and never trailed thereafter.

The Knicks will take a day off prior to heading to Chicago to take on the Bulls.
