It seems as though Starlin Castro is enjoying his time with the New York Yankees. Tonight he’s exploded against the Houston Astros.

When New York Yankees general manager Brian Cashman acquired Starlin Castro from the Chicago Cubs this past offseason, many speculated that it was a heist of a deal for the Pinstripers.

It turns out, those many where right.

Just one day after collecting a two-run double in the Yankees’ Opening Day loss to the Astros, Castro has went nuts.

On Tuesday night he’s gone 2-for-2 with a run scored and four runs batted in. Most of the damage was done on a three-run shot off reliever Michael Feliz in the second inning (video above).

The dinger gave the Yankees a commanding 9-5 lead, one they hold heading into the third frame.
