The final face-to-face encounter between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz prior to UFC 196 is now done with. Check out what happened.

What happens when a match is hyped up to complete capacity? We start discussing “flinching.” That’s what happens.

It’s Conor McGregor, that’s why.

The UFC Featherweight Champion of the world is a dream come true for Dana White. Every move, every time he opens his mouth, every facial expression is analyzed to such a point that every match he’s involved in brings a media machine along with it.

His Featherweight Championship bout at UFC 196 against Nate Diaz tonight is no exception.

Though the build-up has already been classic, the last time these two will go eye-to-eye before squaring off Saturday night came on Friday night at the weight-ins. Check it out above, as Diaz forced McGregor to flinch just a bit too much for his liking.

Regardless, it’s a non-story. Jose Aldo, McGregor’s last opponent he defeated in becoming crowned undisputed champ, was also successful in getting a rise out of the Irishman prior to the match.

Tonight will resolve everything.
