Finally, Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather have battled it out. However, it took the classic “Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out” to make it so.

A more classic remake of a video game couldn’t be imagined.

Check out the video above. For you older heads, like myself, you remember Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out for NES. It was the boxing game, the only boxing game for its generation, and perhaps, still, the best boxing video game of all-time.

Thanks to its popularity, many a remake has been constructed. YouTube user Adam Arnali just topped them all.

Arnali remade the game with UFC superstar Conor McGregor and boxing legend Floyd Mayweather in mind. Finally, this epic matchup finally took place.

It just ended in hilarious fashion.

Among the highlights of the match, the Mario-like referee tells the two to stop hugging, McGregor complains that his opponent does nothing, and one of the fighters dies while the other is disqualified.

Simply epic.
