With the UFC ready to take its act to Madison Square Garden this weekend, superstar fighter Conor McGregor showcased his hoops game.

How great is this? Dana White has brought Mixed Martial Arts and his UFC brand to the bright lights of New York City. More specifically, he’s brought UFC 205 to Madison Square Garden, set to entertain this Saturday, November 12, 2016.

The man highlighting the card is none other than the Notorious Conor McGregor when he takes on Eddie Alvarez for the lightweight title.

White understands how important the event is, per Newsday:

“I want people to remember the first time we rolled into MSG,” UFC president Dana White said. “Now, on paper, this is the dream card of a lifetime. Now it’s gotta play out that way. The card’s gotta stay together.”

With the Garden court available to the fighters, McGregor showcased some of his hoops skills (video above).

Let’s just say he won’t be trying out for the Knicks anytime soon. At least he can give Joakim Noah a run for his money from 20-feet out.
