New York Yankees second-baseman Stephen Drew decided to throw his name into the “Web-Gem” category Wednesday night against the O’s.

As the New York Yankees play host to Buck Showalter’s Baltimore Orioles tonight at Yankee Stadium, the mood in the air surrounds how well the Bronx Bombers are playing.

Currently 10-games over .500 (51-41), the Yanks now have an incredible six game lead in the loss column over the second-place Toronto Blue Jays for the division lead.

One man who’d like to keep the winning going is second-baseman Stephen Drew.

Drew absolutely robbed Orioles first-baseman Chris Davis of a single tonight. He ranged to his left and fully extended for the ground ball with just enough time to get up and gun him out.

New York currently leads by the count of 3-2 in the bottom of the fourth inning.
