Cincinnati Reds second-baseman Brandon Phillips decided to make a play on Monday night that has the world salivating.

Still, he can pull off a few gems here and there.
As his Cincinnati Reds played host to the Chicago Cubs Monday night, Phillips ranged incredibly to his right to make a play for the ages. It was a backhand quick flip right on the money.
Making it that much sweeter was the idea of how clutch it was. It occurred in the seventh-inning with Cincy nursing a one-run lead. Chicago had two men on and two outs.
Additionally, Reds second-baseman Eugenio Suarez made himself sparkle in his own right. He caught the Phillips flip barehanded while on the run.
The two men who make up the Reds middle-infield did just enough in helping their team come away with the 5-4 victory. Both Phillips and Suarez collected a hit on the night as well.
The Reds and Cubs will be back in action on Tuesday.
