Video: Aaron Judge continues domination against Orioles pitching

New year, same domination for New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge against the poor Baltimore Orioles.

Thus far, the contest between the Baltimore Orioles and the New York Yankees has been fairly quiet. The only thing that could change that was a monster blast by Aaron Judge.

Judge took an 89 MPH slider up and out to right center field off of 31-year-old starter Andrew Cashner to continue his ridiculous domination of the Baltimore Orioles.

Up until facing Judge in the bottom of the sixth inning, Cashner had only allowed one hit to the insanely powerful Yankees offense. That one hit was recorded by Tyler Wade, a hustle double to lead off the bottom of the third inning.

This marks the second home run of the season for Judge and also the second home run in as many days. This home run also allowed him to break another record, as reported by Bryan Hoch via Twitter.

Judge’s opposite-field blast marks his 12th home run against the Orioles in the past two seasons. Last year, Judge recorded a .426/.588/1.049 line against the AL East foes.

Despite Judge’s home run to break a 0-0 tie, the lead was quickly lost by Masahiro Tanaka, who promptly gave up a two-run shot to Adam Jones to put the Orioles up.

However, the game is still young and Aaron Judge is ready to do some Oriole hunting, as he showed earlier this evening. On Thursday afternoon, A.J. Herrmann from the YES Network also gave us a nugget of crucial information to share.
