With the Buccaneers defeating the Chiefs 31-9 in Super Bowl 55 on Sunday night, the 2020 NFL season has officially concluded. It was a campaign like no other, with numerous schedule-related rearrangements and games in the middle of the week amid the lingering COVID-19 pandemic.
But even though we’re saying goodbye to the most unusual NFL season of all time, a multitude of legal online sportsbooks are already getting to work on the Super Bowl odds for next year.
And just by looking at them, you can tell neither the Giants nor Jets are receiving much love from oddsmakers.

The Jets, on the other hand, are +8000 to win the “big game” (tied for 29th with the Bengals) and +3500 to advance to the Super Bowl as the winners of the AFC (tied for 14th in the conference with the Bengals).
Of course, the odds are set to change as the offseason progresses and will change for the Jets if they somehow land superstar quarterback Deshaun Watson via the trade market.
DraftKings Sportsbook is additionally providing odds for next year’s regular-season MVP, an award most recently won by Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
Jets quarterback Sam Darnold is currently +8000 to earn the prestigious honor, while Giants running back Saquon Barkley and quarterback Daniel Jones are both +10000.
