New Orleans Pelicans big men Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins took some time off from the grind of the NBA season to visit a haunted house.

The New Orleans Pelicans have playoff expectations for the 2017-18 season with their dynamic duo of Anthony Davis and DeMarcus Cousins. The team opened up with a 3-3 record behind the play of their dominant big men.

The chemistry is there on the court, and apparently, it’s there off the court as well. Both players attended the University of Kentucky under John Calipari. They share a strong bond, and that was on display when they attended a haunted house together.

The former All-Stars needed a break from the grind of the NBA regular season. It’s good to see Boogie having fun like this. After the way things ended in Sacramento, he couldn’t have been feeling too good about basketball lately.

Davis and Cousins are both top-ten in the league in points, rebounds, blocks, and player efficiency rating (PER). According to NBA.com, the Pelicans are outscoring opponents by 13 points per 100 possessions when the two share the court.

They look like they can carry a team to the playoffs right now. Only it’s a long season. And Cousins is a tough read. Only time will tell.
