Penn State and beast running back Saquon Barkley turned Happy Valley ecstatic on Saturday night by demolishing Jim Harbaugh and Michigan.

The kid is a beast.

It’s annoying sometimes as the moniker of “beast” is often overused. When a real beast comes along, there needs to be a tag that’s obviously much greater than “beast.”

Whatever that tag is, Penn State’s Saquon Barkley is that and then some.

In PSU’s dominating 42-13 victory over Jim Harbaugh’s Michigan Wolverines on Saturday night, Barkley literally did it all.

He took handoffs from a Wildcat set up to the house on brilliant on-cut ability:

He ran another one win from an option look:

He even burned defenders down the right sideline while hauling in deep catches in dramatic fashion:

All told, Barkley went for 108 yards and two scores on 15 attempts on the ground. He also went for 58 yards and a score on three catches through the air.

The No. 2 undefeated Nittany Lions just sent a massive statement to the rest of college football led by an extraordinary talent.
