Former New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony makes his debut with the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight and the Jordan Brand found the perfect way to capitalize on the major event.
According to Nick DePaula of ESPN, the Jordan Brand will launch a Hoodie Melo sweatshirt before tonight’s Thunder game. The sweatshirt says “Hoodie SZN” across the front.
Melo wore a hoodie while working out during the summer. He even wore a hoodie during Thunder Media Day. The Thunder even tweeted a video of them wearing the Hoodie Melo sweatshirt.
Of course it happens against his former team, one that he just dragged earlier today. Oh, he may be out of New York but the Melo-Knicks drama still continues.
The Hoodie Melo sweatshirts will be available to purchase on Nike’s website. Melo makes his Thunder debut against his former team the Knicks tonight. Now excuse me while I go purchase a Hoodie Melo sweatshirt.
